I’ve been a loyal customer at this tanning salon for six years, but after today, I canceled my membership and will never return. The salon closes at 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. I arrived at 4:51 PM, something I’ve done before with zero issues. I’m always polite, quick, and out the door right at closing time. The moment I walked in, the employee let out a loud, annoyed sigh as if my presence was some massive inconvenience. When asking for my phone number, she responded to every digit with a rude, sharp “Yup,” dripping with attitude. I asked if I could do a quick spray tan, and at 4:52 PM, she snapped back, “It’s currently 4:52. That’s eight minutes from closing. The only thing I can offer you is UV.” Her tone was condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I didn’t argu

And if you're not looking for a tanning salon then you're in the wrong place Staff are friendly polite and professional and will certainly see to your needs and try to provide them best they can. They also sell product like lotions sunglasses, alternate eyewear, and the like.

I have done tanning before and 3 weeks ago I decided to test out spray tanning for my daughters wedding. I did the darkest and saw that it worked. So, I went 3 days before the actual wedding paid the money and did darkest/clear --never showered and had other body parts not previously done and there was no change in color. When I called the next morning was told to come in and get re-sprayed--too late....customer service --no help!!! I will cancel my credit card transaction!

Been a Customer on and off since 2017. It's always clean/ sanitary, the staff is welcoming and polite, and their hours are convenient.

A great place to tan. The rooms are always clean and they never give you a hard time if you are coming close to closing time. The manager Kathy is the absolute sweetest. I tend to come in closer to closing, not purposely. I always tell her I’m going to be quick and she always is so kind about it, she tells me to take my time and not worry. She’s always friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. You rarely ever have to wait for a booth, by the off chance you do it’s never more than a minute or two.
