Zoom Tan

Went on today to take advantage of a promo, Mackenzie was the representative I encountered, and is she ever a representative! There were issues with info on my membership, which took an amount of time to correct and match up, which was fine-Mackenzie was efficient and aware of the time it took, kept apologizing, yet ensuring she wanted everything to be correct and accurate. I was in no rush, and understood-however, her attention to detail making sure all was corrected now to avoid future issues is very much appreciated and how service should be accepted by the customer-sometimes it takes time to make sure things are done correctly for a customer’s benefit and Mackenzie excelled in this-it is very apparent she enjoys her position and strives to provide the best possible experience at Zoom-

Very disappointed with Zoom Tan. On Dec 5, I used the stand-up tanning bed ($25). It was highly uncomfortable, had no fan or misting features available, and felt very unsafe. I experienced significant shortness of breath and felt close to passing out, during and after the service. I felt like I couldn’t breathe at all while in there, was highly uncomfortable standing up the whole duration, and didn’t feel like I could breathe normally until an hour or so after I had the service done. Additionally, I ended up with a painful sunburn/significant peeling on several parts of my body for 2 weeks after having the service done—yet despite this, there were no visible tanning results at all. I love zoom tan! I just moved here and happened to find zoom tan but im obsessed! Roxanne is the kindest and super helpful! Here at zoom tan its so affordable and I can tan very easily. 100% recommend to others wanting to tan

Roxanne was an angel, walked me and my friends through everything because it was our first time here. Made the experience wonderful and super comfortable! 10/10 recommend!
