Zoom Tan

Been going here for about two years now I go off and on fantastic all the workers are great. They help you immensely. I feel very comfortable there. Love the spray tan. Thank you you Zoom tan.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called the store with a question about billing-but calls get routed to corporate line. On all 3 calls and 2 reps later I got the absolute worst costumer service ever. Fake/friendly tone with hardline patronizing answers. The manager would not provide me with the name of her supervisor and could care less that the company lost a customer for life. Nothing I hate more than customer service reps who literally enjoys sticking it to the customer with a smile. I would not recommend this company.

I got a spray tan, two days before I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. Although the bed didn’t have an error message, something clearly happened and I had a HORRIBLY uneven spray tan. I spent all day trying to scrub it off, and it THANKFULLY looked better before the wedding. However, I contacted costumer service and just kindly asked for my money back, because I had to scrub it all off, and they gave me a “free spray” instead. (Which was only good for a week) I don’t need, nor want, another spray tan. They’re still refusing to give me my money back.
