I've been a member for over 2 years at the Howard location. Over time you see people come and go, but it has always been an excellent experience. This past year I've mostly been greeted by Sydney who always has a happy smile and friendly demeanor. I rarely ever had to wait for a booth, and if so it was from someone being signed up or staff making sure your room is clean. Thanks for a great place to escape to.

This salon is my hands down the best one I’ve been too! The customer service is exceptional at this location. Sydney goes above and beyond and always makes sure my experience is top tier. Her friendly attitude and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction is what keeps me coming back to this location.

This place was fine but too far for me I tried to cancel online and it wouldn't let me so I sent them an email and then I called and they said it was canceled and then I wake up this morning to my cardbeing charged for another membership month. I can't stand companies that make it purposely hard to cancel and then even after I've canceled now I have to go through all this to get my money back. Never tanning with this company again now.

Sydney at this location is amazing! She was so knowledgeable and soooo nice about helping me figure out how to get the BEST tan. She obviously knows what she's talking about... just LOOK AT HER! Will definitely go back and recommend this location to everyone I know.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They even advised me on how to save a little money and let me know which lotions I may want to try. However I had to lower a star because the floors are not always clean. Sometimes they are all sandy and dirty looking, which makes me wonder how well they are cleaned in between customers. I'm sure it was just a busy day each time.
