ZR nail place on 78

I’ve being going to Zr nails for a couple of years now. Cecelia always takes the best care of my nails and I can tell because they’ve grown so much (all these photos are my real nails). She always takes her time and always make sure her loyal customers are able to get their nails done. All the workers in there are very professional and considerate. Not only are they amazing at what they do Cecelia never fails to make me laugh.

I Loved ZR nail Place, i have been coming here for more than 4 years, it was recommended for one of my friends so I give it a try and I couldn’t be happier, I used to live in the area but I moved, tried other nails salons but they wouldn’t give me the results i was looking for, so I decided to go back to ZR nail place, Cecilia is the person who always does my nails since she already knows what I like and what I am looking to achieve( nail growth’s and to keep my nails healthy)besides doing some designs as well, I always get compliments on my manicure. The salon is always nice and clean, and all the team is very friendly….

Second time here and always I have a great experience. I did SNS dip powder and it came out beautiful. They’re lasting more than 2-3 weeks. Joanna always does a lovely job and they are so nice and friendly here. My friend referred me here and I’m so glad she did. This is one of the salons in Queens I felt most comfortable in and no anxiety. I will be back for more, thank you :) -Cynthia

Everyone was very nice but they did the chrome coat on my nails and I guess didn’t seal it right because it’s all chipping off next day, without doing anything hard on the nails and using rubber gloves washing dishes. Also asked for a toe design I wish they had just said they couldn’t do instead of trying. I’d go back for something simpler First foto is day 1 the other foto and video are day 7 without doing much heavy lifting with my hands :( they looked almost this bad on day 3.

The staff at the front desk is always rude. I did acrylics, and the picture on the right is what i wanted, the picture on the left is what i got. Some nail tips are longer than others, they are chunky, and overall look nothing like the picture. I paid $80 for them to remove acrylics and put on acrylics + french tip. I expect to get a good result and set if i am paying $80. Never coming here again.
