Worst experience ever. Kim made my nails bleed and didn’t even care. I tried talking to her about it, but the moment a new customer walked in, she just left me mid-conversation. Then she showed up at the register like nothing happened and told me the amount I had to pay. Completely unprofessional!!

Got nails trimmed, coated and special glitter coated request + massage...Very professional and good experience. I will be back! 🙂

First-time customer!!! Ms. Tina did a great job on my pedicure and really took her time. It didn't feel rushed. Bi did my nails, and they came out beautiful. Only thing I didn't care for... was that I had to ask for a beverage instead of being offered one when I sat down.

I went to Zurich Nail Bar for a lash removal, and it turned into a nightmare. I specifically told the tech to be careful because the chemicals burn my eyes. She ignored me, took over an hour, ripped out many of my natural lashes thinking they were fake, and got glue/remover in my eye, causing a chemical burn. I left with half my natural lashes missing, red, burning eyes, and pain that required medical attention. This is not acceptable and absolutely negligent. I am currently pursuing legal action for the damage they caused. Do you guys even have a license to remove lashes? Currently going to the hospital for a chemical burn with half the glue in my eyelashes Please protect yourself and do not trust this place with your eyes or lashes.

I went here in March 2025 for my wedding nails. I had 5 bridesmaids and we all had a great experience here. Mia did the art and I was SO happy with it. I loved my beautiful nails for my wedding. I would definitely recommend this place.
