Zén Shü Luxury Nail & Wellness Lounge (Zén Shü Spa)

Zen Shu Nail Spa in New Rochelle is hands down one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. The space is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional from the moment you walk in. They really take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure you’re happy with the results. My nails came out flawles, exactly what I asked for, if not better and they’ve held up perfectly. I also love how relaxing the experience is; it truly lives up to the “Zen” in the name. If you’re looking for quality work, great service, and a peaceful vibe, Zen Shu Nail Spa is the place to go. Editing my review, my original review said Zen is great. Clearly is not as you can see how condescending the owner is. They could care less about you getting sepsis or nail damage. This review is for the nail tech Carmen. I have been going to Zen for about a year and never experienced something like this. Carmen cut my skin and cuticles so much to the point that i bled a few times. She kept saying sorry. I figure she was new or something and wanted to give her a chance. Then when I got my gel nail polish removed a few weeks later I didn’t realized the extend of the damage. She drilled my nails so much that now I have dents! Honestly one of the best nail salon experiences I've had! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. They offered us beverages and snacks throughout the whole appointment, which was such a nice touch. Our nail techs were amazing, took their time, never rushed, and our manicures and pedicures came out perfect. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. CB, the manager, made sure to personally check in with every single client and made us feel genuinely looked after the entire time. We'll definitely be back!

I have been going to Laurie for about two years and she has never disappointed. She pays attention to detail, whether it is the shape or the design. At the end of every service for my nails, Laurie always puts the warm gloves on with the lotion to keep my hands moisturize during this cold season. I also see Flower who does my gel pedicures and she is fantastic. My feet are always very clean and soft after I leave.

My nails always come out spectacular at Zen Shu. The environment is incredibly clean, professional, and warm. I have tried a lot of businesses in the Westchester area and always come back here. Cannot recommend them enough.
