I cannot recommend Susy enough! I originally started going to her for Gel X only and stayed loyal to her religiously for 2 years because her work is just that good. Recently she started doing acrylics on me, and I honestly love them even more. She’s incredibly talented, attentive to what you want, and always brings such creative ideas to the table. On top of that, her hygiene standards are top tier — she’s super clean and makes sure both she and her clients are taken care of. I trust her so much that she now does my daughter’s nails too. If you want quality work, professionalism, and a tech who truly cares about her clients, Susy is the one!

Brooklyn has changed my nail habits - I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and I’ve never kept my nails in such good shape before. She recommended builder gel and I have never looked back (you can see the growth in my pictures!). The easiest way I explain her to others is that she’s a “copy & paste” nail artist - any design I have ever brought to her, she has been able to do. All of the nail techs are kind and talented, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails (or facials)

Ora beauty lounge deserves ALL the stars! I’ve been seeing Brooklyn for about 8 months now and she completely transformed my natural nails. Every time I come in, she absolutely nails (pun intended) the inspo pics! Brooklyn’s manicures last! I work with gloves everyday, and I have never had my nails chip. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. Good nail techs are hard to come by…but if you go to Ora, you’re sure to find your girl!

Truly the best nail salon in Phoenix. This shop is woman owned and have created a safe place for the girlies to show up. Brooklyn does my nails and I can't put into words how much I love her work, professionalism, and energy. The salon is always super clean and aesthetic. They even have offer brow and facial services. This will always be my go to salon and a place I will recommend to all the girls!
