First and last time here. I had a 1:30 appointment and only needed a simple trim. It took less than 20 minutes, no wash, and I was charged $40. The male customer ahead of me got a full haircut with wash for $35. When I asked, they explained that a wash would be an extra $10 because “if wash, need to dry too.” This pricing makes no sense—especially at a Korean salon. I’ve been to many Korean shops, and none charge extra for wash and dry. That’s only something I’ve seen at American salons. To charge more for doing less, and then justify it with an unreasonable policy, left a really bad impression. Other Korean salons provide much better service for the same price (or less), with wash and dry included. For what I got, it was overpriced and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years now… I can always depend on Anna’s classic to trendy hair styles. This time I decided to do balayage hair color. I love it!!
