It was our anniversary and we were spending some time in the Niagara area. Our kids surprised us by just giving us the address and asking us to go for a special treat. We were booked for a massage. The change room was nice. The robes were plush and good quality and freshly laundered. We were right on time so didn’t wait in the room to enjoy the warm beverages. The massage room was decent size and well equipped. The RMT was very good and did a very good job. The legs, lower back and shoulder massages were amazing. After almost an hour the body felt relaxed and most of my aches pains disappeared. Wish I could have this more often. Mrs felt the same after her massage. As the hotel where this spa is located is somewhat aged, the spa seems the same as well. A bit cramped in some places. Comp

Just spent a beautiful day at the spa on Friday December 12th. Staff throughout the location were very friendly and welcoming. My spa esthetician, Heather was so kind and friendly made me feel like family. I had the Christmas body scrub and facial. What a treat it was. We spent the morning using the facility and enjoyed the hot springs, outdoor heated pool and inside pool. Also the lounge is quaint and so comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the lounge restaurant and bar. Looking forward to coming back soon. Merry Christmas . Thanks again to the receptionists and Heather xo

I have planned a girls trip up to NOTL for the past 3 years. Every year we enjoy going to the spa and utilizing the amenities here. This last trip I enjoyed the apple pie body wrap and was so happy I picked that. The smell was great. The amount of time spent on the scrub and facial and attention Stacy took to my treatment was incredible. I also want to compliment the management staff who went above and beyond helping us locate a cellphone. When another patron took the wrong robes and in exchange some cellphones with them; the staff checked stacks and stacks of robe pockets to find them. They stopped at nothing and reassured us they wouldn’t stop until they were found. Their compassion was something I’ve never seen before. I know my friend is so grateful and I can’t speak highly enough for

Significant other and I came here for our spa package while staying at Queen's Landing. Located inside the Pillar and Post which looked like such a cute place. Our hotel informed us their spa credit package does not include massages. We chose 100 fountain Spa for the hotsprings and heated pool outside and inside. We chose a body wrap with our spa credit. Never had one before and it was so rejuvenating and moisturizing. Staff was great. They recommend securing a time to use the hot spring but this seems to be vague and seems more open access just as a heads up.

I came to celebrate my birthday with my friends and I booked a massage. I was really looking forward to this experience because I am a seasoned spa goer. I was a bit disappointed that there was no cold plunge, but I still was being optimistic about the visit. I had an RMT by the name of Martha, and I was not pleased at all with this massage. Martha was pretty much rubbing my skin as if she was applying cream to it.( This was the massage) I had to ask her to apply more pressure. Then when she did, she didn’t have it properly. She was digging into my skin way too hard, I had to ask her to ease up and go lighter. At one point I had to ask Martha what kind of oil she was using because there was friction between my skin and her hands. She don’t use much oil at all, from my experience RMTs use
