Coco Nails

Never again! They let someone who was training play on feet . I get it everyone has to learn but you should tell someone before the service that “ this person is training , would you like to continue “ the other two girls was just in there doing each other nails and by time she wanted to help I was over it and this was the results. I made her remove it .

I surely don’t write reviews but I had to witness my daughters cuticles get cut so badly her skin was bleeding. They still tried to charge me full price and just kept asking if she was okay. No she is not! They only took 5$ off which served no purpose. It honestly was not about the money. It was about trying a new nail salon and receiving horrible customer service, clumpy nails, and over priced for basic services. I again never bad mouth no nail salon but this was it for me. Seeing my daughter in pain as she was excited to get her nails done was enough for me. I don’t recommend every experience is different and yes nips happen but the cut was deep her nails was not worth what I paid.

My experience was absolutely horrible! Actually, I went to this nail shop several times because I liked the way my nail technician did nail art. Everything else was questionable! First, most of the time I ended up waiting as long as an hour to receive service. This was due to the fact that there were only two, maybe three people working in the shop. I found that to be extremely odd for a nail shop. However, as time went on I witnessed the personality of the Manager, Coco, to be very, very rude! Down right nasty! I wouldn't want to work for someone like that. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was I tried the eyelashes for the first time. I asked how long they typically last and I was told two weeks. Well, two days later mine were coming off and I did what I was suppose to do to m

It amazes me how they change up. I went in the 1st time and had my toes polished with regular polish. I just came back a month later and they are telling me I have gel on my toes after I explained I didn’t multiple times. After I told them I want a regular polish change..not only was it 18.00 dollars..yes 18.00 for a regular polish change because they still decided to charge me saying they took gel polish off my toes..I’m absolutely NOT coming back here..EVER..
