They lost a good sale with me ! I was planning to buy items for my upcoming trip. However after constantly being followed and asked if I needed help and assumed I was with another group of ladies, just because we are all the same race was enough for me to put my items back. No thank you. I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Cashier was knowledgeable and helpful finding latex free glue to apply false lashes and hair oils.

I have been trying to do an exchange a set of clippers I bought. Opened the box and it was clear they had been used. Took it back but was told I could not do an exchange because there was no manager on site. Exact same clippers were on the shelf. After two visits and several calls I was told no refunds on electronics & the manager is on vacation.The staff was nice but not being able to do a simple exchange of the exact same item was troubling. I have been shopping there for years, but might have to stop shopping there it if I go back after the manager is there and don't get to exchange it. Just wanted to add to this review. Finally went back and an Asian lady was their. I asked if she was the manager or owner she said no and got someone else to help me after I told her my problem. A Bl

They lost another customer the brown skin lady with the curly hair she followed me the whole experience was uncomfortable not to mention the guy werid conversation. I will Be taking my business elsewhere

This got one star because, it wouldn't allow me to comment with out it.Worse customer service ever! I was profiled upon entry. The cashier told me how I needed to pay. No details on what you're being charged for on receipt, I'll never shop here again!
