This store had a good selection of facial moisturizers and hair moisturizers. The ladies Tanika and Nikki helped me find some cocoa butter baby oil that works great. The Darkskin girl Tay was also helpful, she helped me go through body oils and let me smell them until I found a satisfactory scent .

The big light skin lady with the eyebrows drawn on to her forehead is so disrespectful! I walked in to get bundles I brought it to the counter where she was to ask her how much was it and she told me why would you bring it all the way up here go look on the tags to see how much it is . Umm excuse me ? Don’t you work here ? She didn’t want to do her job so I just walked away . I ended up finding a pack of hair that I did like and put the other one down . I came to the register for someone to check me out a skinny darkskin girl was up there and the big lady . The darkskin girl was very nice and polite . The big lady then asked me where did I put the hair and I said in the back she said who told you to put it back there you should have put back . She is very disrespectful I would never come b

This store isn’t that bad, it’s not as cluttered as the one across the street ( gotta walk through they whole store side ways), but I’m not sure what’s gonna happen when beauty master opens up, with the clean neat store and more options and variety it’s gonna be hard to support the businesses we’ve relied on for years 🥲

Don’t shop here. If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a blow dryer that I didn’t need come to find out the last minute. The cashier told me I could return it back if it hasn’t been used or opened, or it has a malfunction issue. Not a problem. I just left the store to return it back, and the lady who was sitting down in a chair with a bonnet on told me I couldn’t return it. I asked for a manager, and she said she was. I knew for a fact she was not a manager. She told me I could not return the item only if it had a malfunction issue, and she was very rude. No customer service at all. I would not be back to spend any dime here.

ONE OF THE MOST UNFRIENDLIEST PLACES TO VISIT!! So there I was: strolling through the two double doors when I heard a voice say, "can you leave your bags behind the counter?" I pointed to my eco-friendly shopping bag and asked, "this one right here? You want me to bring my bags up there?" "Come up closer to the counter so that I can see what you have." I walked to the counter and sarcastically said, "do u honestly think I came all this way just to steal stuff?" They responded, "that's not what we are saying. It's policy." Um, but it's implied tho. Why else would you tell someone who just walked through the door to leave her bags with you? Because you think that person is here to steal stuff! What else!
