This company have some good stuff when it comes to looking for hair products, wigs and etc. but there employees at this location. Well one employee which she’s either Arab or a different nationality is very disrespectful. I gave her my money and hand this thing gave it back to me on the table, but the fact the way she did it was disrespectful cause she slap it on the table like she had a problem with me. Kept watching me and lawd know I’m not going to steal. I enjoy my government job but any way. She needs more customer services training and learn how to greet when people come to there store also the pregnant lady to.

First time walking into this store, honestly it’s so awful. The wigs, weave etc is terrible. The service is awful, the people at the counter are rude, barely want to greet anyone that walks in. I felt so uncomfortable, I won’t be coming back to this store… definitely a one star. The store needs to do better with their customer service. 👎🏽

I only come here as my absolute LAST resort. You will get followed, you will NOT be greeted and I agree with another review. The Arab lady at the counter has been rude a few times. Just go across the bridge to dc or md, this one is not it!

The only good thing about this place is that you can use your phone number to earn rewards as long as you remember to remind them . They are extremely unwelcoming and although I've spent hundreds of dollars I still get watched like a criminal . I will only go to crystals beauty on Columbia pike from now on .

The staff stalks you like you’re going to steal something. I can’t even look without being stared at. I didn’t want to give them my business with that kind of environment. I left after 5 minutes in the store.
