I got a gel manicure and the process of the manicure felt super rushed and just not up to par with other manicures I’ve had elsewhere. This held true when not even 48 hours later half my nails had chips on the tips. By day 3 large chunks were chipped off or peeling. And now by day 6, only my left pinky and ring finger are still intact. My right index finger gel just peeled completely off. I probably should have been paying more attention when my manicure was being done to maybe call out any poor prep. But there was another customer who had come in asking if she could get her toes touched up after messing them up with a sock on wet nails. I am writing this review on behalf of my wife, who visited this place today for an eyebrow waxing. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Her eyebrow was visibly damaged, which suggests a serious lack of skill and professionalism. The staff appeared untrained, and the service fell far below acceptable standards. This was the worst experience my wife has ever had at a salon, and we deeply regret choosing this place.

This lady kept cutting and burning my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding the entire appointment. Its been two days since and my fingers are still in sore & in pain the next day. The lady had to remove and redo my entire set because she shaped them very poorly initially. I ended up staying there until 10pm at night because she did not know what she was doing. Terrible service, painful experience. Be careful who u choose to do ur nails dont just walk in

I went here just for a simple color change and was shocked when they charged me $40 – absolutely ridiculous. The service is terrible every time I come in. They don’t have a price list anywhere, and the price seems to change each visit with no explanation. The place is also not clean and very unprofessional. This is by far one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to. Do not waste your money here – never going back.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ATTACKED BY FRUIT FLIES 1. horrible customer service experience. I kept being laughed at each time I got up. 2. They make up their prices 3. My nails are horrible. 4 they kept blaming starbucks and the trash can outside for their fruit FLIES issue. Starbucks doesn't even have FLIES. I got attacked by those FLIES in the bathroom. 5. Nikki short bob was trying to recharge a customer $35 for not liking her nail polish.
