First of all I want to say service was horrible! I got there at 5:30 she had me waiting because she had other customers.. I went with the idea I was going to get a balayage and nope all wrong ! I had bleach in my hair for two hours .. she put bleach in my hair from 5:50 PM untill 7:00 PM is when they put toner into my hair .. my hair had old fashioned highlights.. my hair came out very very yellow nothing compared to what I asked for ! I texted her then stated that it was too yellow she advised me to go back and they put ash toner to my hair at this point I was disappointed.. she charged me $250 for a terrible service .. on top of that my hair came out super damaged and when I washed my hair it was super hard my ends were so split which i got a hair cut with Krissa .. over all everything w

I had such a great experience at this salon. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was friendly and professional. Jacki was my stylist, and she did an amazing job creating a subtle balayage that’s perfect for fall !!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to returning to lighten it up for summer! - she only did the coloring, I will be back for a haircut :) -

I have visited this salon twice for a haircut. On both occasions, I specifically requested a one-inch trim with face-framing layers. Unfortunately, each time I left with a very uneven wolf cut that was not what I had asked for. I felt that my requests were not taken seriously, and my desired outcome was not respected. After my most recent appointment, I had to visit another salon to have my hair corrected due to how uneven it was. Given my experiences, I cannot recommend this salon. The services are quite expensive, and the results did not reflect what I had clearly requested.

Unfortunately this place is very unprofessional my sister made an appointment within business hours and made the appointment today December 31,2025. I understand it is new year but when she booked the appointment it allowed to book online till 6pm. When she arrived at 5pm the time of her appointment the lady said “ I’m sorry we are closed we recently changed the hours “. They were telling her that she should’ve called and that it was her fault and to return another day. At the end of the day they are professional and should’ve called my sister to let her know that hours were changed and if she can arrive earlier instead the lady had a terrible attitude towards her and kept saying they were closed. What a waste of time.

I’m so happy the way my hair turns out every time I come here, everyone is so welcoming and kind. I’ve been to many salons and I’m happy to say I’ll be staying here forever, every time I have come here they always give me exact what I want!
