Lovely Nail & Spa

My husband took our daughters on Monday for pedicures, and the next day my daughter’s big toe was very infected! It continued to get worse, and had to go into a doctor for antibiotics, and cream! The polish was not done well either. She is in so much pain! Would not come here for sanitation purposes.

Went for a manicure and pedicure. Very unhappy, I asked for hot water for the pedicure, even a second time. The lady spoke no english and the person up front said something to her and she added more cold water. Even the towels wasn't hot. I have polish on my skin on every toe, and the big toe polish is smugged. I have very dry skin around my nails, due to medications that I'm on. I asked to make sure that the manicure push back the cuticles and the very dry skin. All she did was put oil on my nails. I still have the dry skin and she didn't push back the cuticles or even trim them. Very unhappy. She had on very long nails and stopped in the middle of my pedicure and cut her nails on one hand and did the other hand a few minutes later. I will not be going back. Her name is CHI.

I went yesterday to get my nails done and it’s already chipping! The tips are all uneven and it’s just so embarrassing. I paid over $40 for a manicure that looks terrible and that I’m about to take off after 24 hours.

She really takes pride in her work and it shows! I have also received a pedicure at lovely nails and it was so relaxing and my feet were super soft afterwards :) all nails in photos done by Emily
