A fabulous experience. I haven’t gotten a professional cut in 2+ years. After having my hair 13+ inches for the last 10 years, I wanted a change. Lulu made me feel welcome, even when I didn’t realize how ticklish and sensitive to touch my scalp/head is. She asked for everything I wanted and even explained why a certain style would look better over another. I never felt like a number. It also showed as her previous client was actively praising and thanking the stylist for another job well done. I will continue to be a repeat customer for my hair. Thank you again, Lulu and team for helping me bring my beauty out with a simple wash/dry/cut and style 😊
