If I could I leave zero stars I would. First I tried to call and set an appt( it says on Groupon that you can call or go online). Merchant was not responsive but sent me a link ( after I went by there business) . So, I set up the appt using the link- and got confirmation for an appt time and I got ready, worked time out with my husband so he can have the kids solo, drove 26 minutes there, and NO ONE was there. I tried calling and texting and NO response. They left my on “read”. No response to this point! I am so empathetic of there was an emergency but no response - nothing is crazy work. It’s not about the money but the time and money and the lack of professionalism. Choose another small business- don’t waste your time. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian sugar wax. The service was not bookable on the website, and the business was unresponsive despite multiple calls and messages. Reviews show a consistent pattern of poor communication and scheduling issues, which matched my experience. I want to clarify my experience, as it differs from how the service is advertised. I went into the business in person(because they were not answering the phone) and asked specifically about a Brazilian sugar wax, as this is different from a regular Brazilian wax. I was told that the person who performs sugar waxing was not available and that I needed to book the service online. This was my first time at Revive and Catherine was absolutely amazing! I literally just left and had such a pleasant experience. I haven't had a Brazilian wax in over 7 months and was super nervous it would feel like my very first time again, but it didn’t hurt at all. She was quick, gentle, gracious, and so kind. I’ll definitely be back!

Catherine is amazing , I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. You guys must stop buying and visit Lene I have been coming here for a while with my busy work schedule not able to book with originally tech. But let me tell you Lene was awesome she took her time and was so kind and we had great conversation. Shop is open Sundays yall stop by.. thars what kept me coming here cause of my weekends off schedule . Lene thank you!
