Terrible customer service. I purchased a package from the Winter Garden location and that in and of itself was somewhat high pressure sales. You will be pushed to buy a package and lotion. Beware the beds spray liquid on you and I wasn't informed of this. I developed a rash after my visit and contacted South Beach tanning for a refund (less the one visit I used) and I received an unkind reply about how I didn't achieve the desired result because I didn't use their lotion and that I would not be refunded. This had nothing to do with using lotion or the quality or lackthereof of the tan. I also overheard the two customers before me state they didn't have eyewear and the person behind the desk laughed and said something to the effect of her manager not being there so they did not purchase ey

I have been coming to this salon on & off the last 3+ years. I have always enjoyed the quality of the beds, and the cleanliness of the salon. I work in the industry so I understand the heavy markup on lotions, and I have made purchases here before. However, recently the staff have gotten very pushy about selling lotions. I'm sure they're just doing their jobs but going as far as to check my account every single visit and comment on the amount of time since I last purchased lotion and even going as far as to try to "forbid' outside lotion purchases as if it's even possible to enforce that. What's next? Bag checks at the door?! Strip searches?! Getting a bit ridiculous. My package ended and I couldn't be happier to be done. Pipe down with the pushiness if you want to keep customers.

Great facility with professional and courteous staff, always clean and always ready to answer your questions. We love tanning at this facility. Beds are powerful with quick results and levels to suit every need. If your just starting out or your just trying to maintain this is the place! Besides there are many great shopping and eating options close by as well.

I have went there and spent thousands of dollars over the years to tan. Then all of a sudden Ashley decides to make up rules about having to purchase lotion from only them and made a note on my account because I was informed of this by a store employee at another store, who also said they buy theirs online too because it is way cheaper. I was told by Ashley, that unless I purchased lotion from their store I could no longer tan there! She is very rude and condescending towards the customers and does not need to be working in a customer service environment. I even cancelled my membership last month and went to the other they locations for the remainder of the month only to find out today that they still charged my card for the monthly membership.
