I just had the most wonderful experience here. I met with ally to get a haircut and blow out and it’s everything I could’ve imagined she did such a great job. She’s very kind and sweet. She also does a very thorough consultation which is very nice that way you were on the same page with your haircut. I will definitely be coming back in the future for more treatments. It’s also a very welcoming environment can’t wait till my next appointment.

Best hair salon hands down!! Love it so bad, they make sure to provide an excellent experience while you’re there. The staff customer service is amazing, they provide snacks, and a really good coffee. It’s the second time I go with Sophie and I love her, she’s incredibly talented and nice. Ally is truly amazing at what she does. She’s incredibly personal, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I sit in her chair. She takes the time to listen and understand what I’m looking for, and somehow she always gives me exactly what I want — even when I don’t fully know how to explain it myself. They provide the full experience!! From the front desk to the sweet baresta at the cafe that floated around as clients are in the chairs to check on us! You can tell every details is thought through with love. I had the pleasure to meeting Charlie Piety and she is now my favorite hair stylist I have had color my hair in my 34 years of life!! She took my hair from light brown to a perfect blonde! I can't wait to go back again for my blonde touch up! Thank you Charlie and team!!!!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I rely heavily on them when choosing what businesses to support. The haircut itself was fine, but the overall atmosphere felt surprisingly unwelcoming. The shampoo was rough, there wasn’t any friendly conversation — mostly gossiping with the stylist next door — and I wasn’t offered a mirror to see the back of the cut afterward. It honestly felt like the stylist just didn’t want to be there. The front desk also wasn’t particularly warm. For the prices and the look of the salon, I expected a much more professional, inviting experience. If I wanted to feel brushed off, I could go to a discount place down the road. There are so many talented stylists in the area who are both skilled and kind, so unfortunately I won’t be returning. It’s a shame, because the
