My wife and father-in-law visited this location on Sunday the 28th of December to receive IV fluids. My father-in-law is 81 years old, is on blood thinners, and this information is clearly documented in his chart. My wife also verbally informed the male nurse in charge on that shift before any procedure was started. From the beginning, we noticed that the nurse was extremely shaky, which immediately raised concerns. However, we made the mistake of trusting the professionalism and standards of this business. I’ve had the worst migraine for the last 3 days. I called this morning and they told me to come right in. They helped me right away, were super nice and sweet. Talked me through the process, got me set up with a recliner and blanket. The IV took seconds to get going, it was the best experience!! I’m not 💯 yet but getting there thanks to them!! They rock!! Ryan did my IV so smooth.

I had b12 shots. They are working. I have not napped since starting my treatments. I miss my naps, but I am thankful for renewed energy. I also love the hours and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I continue to come here only due to Natali. Her technique and how she administered the IV is super. I used others at the Winter Garden location and had several unpleasant experience. I now call before attending or will schedule the IV around her schedule. The location works well for me, but I will drive to another provider just to ensure that I have an experienced and gentle nurse administering the IV. Many other customers will wait for Natali or even depart if she is not the one administering the IV. If you are a member or 1st time, book around Natali schedule so that you can have the right experience.

I am a member and have been going there for almost 3 years. I always look forward for Natalie... she is great!!! I was there yesterday and it was busy, and the people that was there they always try to go when Natalie is there.
