I stopped going to gc a few years ago due to the inconsistency. I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Never again will I make that mistake. On the (anatomical) left side you can see how it is cut properly. The other side my hairs profile is like a clump which looks like I cut my own my hair while drunk. I was actually asked by a friend if I had cut my own hair. I'm not sure what the heck to do with it now. Before and after pics attached.

Their service is great. Cuts are relatively fast but always perfect. Their online check-in is very convenient. The stylists are friendly and the salon is always clean.

I went for a hair trim I’ve been there multiple times the ladies at least there that work are always embarrassing. Me in front of the whole store. They are like your hair so naughty your hair is so dry and I know my hair is gonna be dry and naughty because I am a swimmer and I have 2B hair, which is curly hair and every time she does it, and she always makes fun of me and compares me to people in the salon, and I personally do not like it there they tend to be really read at my location. She is always really aggressive when she’s brushing my hair and I know it’s going to be hard for her, but she doesn’t need to completely take the comb inserters forcefully brushing.

Horrible at fading. It doesn't matter WHO is there. My boys always come back home with lop-sided fades, they can't do a zero fade, and no consistency even with the lady who was decent. We have to fix their cut at home. You ask them to fix it and they cut higher!? No, I don't care to be contacted to make things right. Get people who know how to cut hair....that makes it right!
