Quick boarding and efficient loading. Everyone knows what they are doing.
Going to catch a ferry to go to Victoria, small shops and food places were great. They were very clean and seems like it’s well-run.
Excellent efficiency when queuing vehicles and quick boarding practises. The staff were pleasant and the experience was great. The only downside is the website can be quite finicky but that is not the reflection of the actual terminal
The ticket was purchased for 5 p.m. We ended up being sent to a live line and left at 9. The vacation was ruined
