After Burke canceled my appointment she Was not able to work out a new time for extentions so i asked for my deposit back. After putting 700.00 in 100.00 bills down I received that back in a bag of change. Let me be clear. She had to cancel and would not accommodate my time frame as heading away on holiday. So unprofessional. So disappointing as I was doing this for my holiday 😒 😫

Use the same lady each time, no complaints. Friendly and makes sure I leave happy :) blended the color so well, and with minimal care it lasted a year and still looked good.

It was my first time at Twisted Scissors Hair Studio and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Julia. Throughout my entire visit, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Julia provided me with expert suggestions, and I was truly satisfied with the outcome of my hair. I had to wait a little bit for my appointment , but it was worth it. I explained what I wanted and Maddy who did my hair , was so knowledgeable and I felt really comfortable with her. Long story short 😉 I'm happy with the result. She did a balayage on the top and the side of my hair with a nice light blond. I will definitely coming back . Thanks Maddy , see you next time 😊
